iOS 1.1.3 (85) Log fuel and tomorrow's prices

New

  • Log fuel anywhere: record fills and jerry can pours, and your plan updates to match
  • Set your tank level after a part fill, so your plan starts from the real amount
  • Fill jerry cans at any planned stop, before you need them
  • See tomorrow's WA and NT fuel prices the afternoon before, and plan with them
  • Link two fuel discounts to see your combined saving
  • Trip costs update themselves as prices change
  • AI Agent support - Connect Claude or another AI assistant to plan, ask for fuel prices etc by just asking
  • Refreshed station logos in light and dark mode

Fixes

  • Stay signed in after changing your password
  • Towing trips pick your caravan automatically
  • Correct a jerry can's fuel level any time
  • Imported trips skip stops that can't be placed
  • Discounts added on the web show straight away
  • A clear recovery screen if something goes wrong, instead of a blank one

iOS 1.1.2 (79) Push notifications

Push notifications are here!

  • A reminder to refresh your plan on the morning you travel
  • Reminders a week and a day before a trip
  • Choose which notifications you get, and set quiet hours, in Settings

Also new

  • Vehicle and Caravan Service Reminders - by date or km travelled
  • Support for single axle caravans
  • Fuel stops show which grade their price is for
  • The point of no return shows before a fill your plan relies on
  • Further tweaks to the UI to improve usability

Bug fixes

  • Number fields in car and caravan now work properly
  • Issues with device location detection in Fuel Lookup resolved
  • Issues loading location relevant fuel stations in Fuel Lookup resolved

iOS 1.1.1 (70) Fuel that is not in the price feeds

Fuel that is not in the price feeds

  • Outback places that sell fuel but are in no price feed now appear in your plans.
  • Your plan never relies on that fuel: you'll be prompted to fill the jerry cans at the last official station.
  • Those places show as a jerry can pour stop, so you know where to decant.
  • Unlisted places show on the fuel map as amber markers reading "no price".

Knowing before you commit

  • A point of no return marks the last spot you can still turn back from.
  • It also tells you the litres to carry to reach the next official station without stopping.
  • If a trip cannot be done without that place, the plan says so before you leave.
  • If your phone routes the long way around a track, the plan offers 4WD routing (paid users only).

Ring ahead and confirm

  • Ring ahead, then flick "Fuel confirmed" button to plan a fill there for this trip.
  • Your jerry fill stays in the plan whether you confirm or not.

Adding what we are missing

  • Press and hold the fuel lookup map to add a missing station anywhere - for our moderators to check.
  • Anyone can add one, with hours, phone, whether they fill jerry cans, and a note.
  • Tap an unlisted place to read other travellers' notes and add your own report.
  • Duplication checking ensures when adding a station that already exists you'll be offered the existing one first.

Fixed

  • A required fuel stop you add is no longer lost when you edit the trip.
  • Minor adjustments to the new UI - hope you're liking it!
