- Fuel Discount Programs - tell FuelOracle which discounts you hold (Flybuys, Everyday Rewards, NRMA, RACQ, RAA, RACT, AmpolCard) under Settings, and matching stations are highlighted in Fuel Lookup with your price after the discount shown alongside the board price.
- Trip planning uses your discounted price when choosing fuel stops, and planned stops show the discount that was applied.
- Cheapest in view and the Price / Best Value lists rank stations by your discounted price automatically.

Fixes
- Fuel Lookup and trip planning could show a years-old price as if it were current. Prices that have not been updated in over 30 days are now shown as "Last known" with their age, and are no longer used to choose fuel stops.
- Some stations appeared twice on the map. Duplicates within 50 m are now collapsed, so station counts in busy areas may drop slightly.
- Fuel discounts were not applied at some stations because the brand code from the state feed was not recognised. Discount matching now understands the short brand codes used by the feeds.
- The price colour scale in the Fuel Lookup list could mark every station as expensive when a station with no current price was in view.

- Opal / Low Aromatic Fuel and E85 are now real fuel types across the app - on the Fuel Lookup map, in trip planning, and when reporting prices. Over 100 remote NT outlets plus QLD and SA sites now show these prices.
- Backup fuel types on your vehicle - pick a primary fuel and the alternatives your vehicle can also use. Trip plans fall back to your backups, in your order, when no station on the route sells your first choice.
- Premium Diesel, Opal and E85 can now be selected as a vehicle's fuel type.
Improvements
- E85 is shown as its own fuel instead of appearing under E10 - E85 suits flex-fuel vehicles only, and choosing it as a backup is always your explicit call.
- Existing vehicles automatically received safe backup fuels matching the planner's previous behaviour, so no trip loses fallback protection.
Fixes
- Remote NT stations that sell Low Aromatic Fuel but no regular unleaded no longer show the wrong product, and stations selling both no longer list a duplicate price.

- Charts you can touch - tap and drag on any report chart (iOS and web) to read exact values; the fuel level chart now traces your actual readings against the plan.
- Every plan now records why - per-leg wind, altitude and surface factors are kept with the plan and shown in the report as predicted vs actual for each leg.
- Trip dashboard at a glance - live trips show a progress strip right on the trip view, completed trips lead with their report card, and your latest trip report is one tap from the home screen.
- Jerry can savings tips - FuelOracle now tracks what the fuel in your jerry cans cost and suggests pouring instead of buying when the next stop is dearer. Your call, always.
- One-tap fill-up logging - the "I filled up" sheet now opens as a pre-filled summary (price, litres, odometer). Save in one tap when it matches the pump, or adjust anything.
- Jump to next stop - a floating button in the trip view takes you straight to your next fuel stop or waypoint, no more scrolling.
- Record where jerry fuel went - pours now note whether the fuel went into the car or elsewhere (like a caravan heater), so trip reports stay accurate.
- Richer trip reports - fill times, where you actually filled when it was not the planned station, off-route detour notes, and a full waypoints and check-ins timeline with fuel readings and odometer.
- Print-ready PDF exports - every chart now renders in the PDF in a print-friendly format, and fuel stops and waypoints include date, time and full street addresses.

- New trips now default to "Always fill to full" - plans project what trips really cost. Smart fill is still there if you want to chase cheaper prices with partial fills.
- The planner prefers filling in the evening before an overnight stop over the next morning, matching how rigs actually travel.
- Planner prices now match Fuel Lookup exactly - one price everywhere, using the freshest reliable data.
- Odometer suggestions now follow your actual readings instead of running ahead of the trip.
- Trip report days are now grouped in your local time zone.
- Update your vehicle's odometer directly from the garage on iOS.
- Locked trips now show a focused menu - unlock, dashboard, share and export - and completed trips no longer raise road alerts.
- Truer tailwind fuel estimates - validated against real trip data, tailwinds now credit only the fuel benefit rigs actually realise, so tailwind legs are provisioned safely.
Fixes
- The "Cheapest in view" card on the mobile fuel map no longer hides behind the bottom navigation.
- The large rig community tag now reads "Tight for rigs" so it's clear it reports difficult access, not good access.

- On-device trip planning in the iOS app - routing comes from Apple Maps and the fuel-stop optimiser runs on your iPhone, so plans return faster and sync to your account like any other plan. Trips that need 4WD routing or include ferry crossings are automatically planned by the server, exactly as before.

- Plans calculated on a device are re-checked against the same fuel-safety rules on the server before they are saved - a plan that fails any safety check is rejected outright.

- Choose a different station for any fuel stop - tap "Show alternatives" on any planned fuel stop, from either the fuel stop list or the full trip view, and FuelOracle shows nearby stations you could use instead. Each option shows its price, how far off-route it is, and an estimate of how far you could drive after filling there. Pick one and your plan re-calculates around it.
- Update your fuel level on the road - partway through a trip and your tank isn't where the plan assumed? Open "Update fuel level", set your current level, and FuelOracle re-plans the rest of your journey from where you actually are. It uses your location, or you can drop a pin on the map.
Improvements
- Switching a stop now checks it's reachable - when you switch a fuel stop to a different station, whether from the alternatives list or by tapping a station on the map, FuelOracle now re-plans the route to make sure the new station still fits within your safety margin. If a station is too far to reach safely, it tells you plainly and suggests filling up first, picking a closer one, or adding a stop, rather than quietly leaving you short. Switching to a stored alternative or detour station stays instant.

- Report fuel prices - spotted a price not in the app? Tap any station, open the community panel, and submit the current price per litre. Your report appears in the fuel lookup map within seconds and is visible to all users. Prices you submit show a "Reported" badge so they're easy to distinguish from official data.
- Amenity reports - let other travellers know what's at a station. Report whether it has food, drinking water, air, a dump point, or toilets. Reports from multiple users are combined into a consensus so the information gets more reliable over time.
- Vehicle height flags - report if a station has a height restriction so taller vehicles and caravans can plan around it. Include the clearance in metres if you know it.
- Vote on stations - confirm a station exists and is open, or dispute one that no longer operates. Vote counts show on each station's detail sheet.
- Victorian stations show fresher community prices - the official Victorian fuel price feed has a built-in 24-hour delay. When a community price report is more recent than the official data, FuelOracle now uses the community price for that fuel type instead.

- Sign in with Google - you can now create an account or sign in using your Google account. Existing users can link their Google account under Settings > Connected Accounts to enable Google sign-in alongside their existing password or passkey.

- Garage - the bottom navigation menu previously labelled More is now labelled Garage. It better reflects what's actually in there - your vehicles, caravans, and trip history.
- Personalised dashboard - the dashboard now greets you by name.
- Cleaner dashboard stats - the stats row now shows a maximum of four cards. Estimated and actual fuel cost no longer compete for the same space - the most relevant figure shows automatically based on your trip history.
- Friendly empty state - no trips planned yet? The dashboard now shows a proper prompt with a direct link to start planning, rather than a blank space.
- Plain-language weather warnings - wind and wave warnings on trip view now lead with a plain descriptor (Dangerous, Very strong, Strong) followed by the actual km/h figure. Easier to read at a glance on mobile.
- Refresh plan - the button previously labelled Re-generate plan is now Refresh plan across all trip screens. Same action, clearer name.
- Vehicle link on trip view - your vehicle name on the trip summary is now a tappable link that takes you directly to the vehicle's profile page.
- Smarter trip wizard flow - if you haven't added a vehicle yet, Step 1 of the trip planner now shows a clear prompt with a direct link to add one, rather than an empty dropdown.

- Fixed an issue where a system notice displayed as a modal could fill the entire screen on mobile with no visible way to dismiss it. All notice types now behave correctly across screen sizes, and every notice always has at least one exit path.

Access it from the user menu on any screen. Admins can manage categories and articles directly from Admin Settings.
- Top navigation layout -desktop users can now switch to a horizontal top navigation bar. Change it under Settings > Appearance > Desktop navigation. Side menu remains the default.
- OLED dark mode -dark mode now has a second style option - OLED. Switches all backgrounds to true black, optimised for OLED and AMOLED screens. Toggle it under Settings > Appearance > Dark mode style.
- In-app notifications -a notification bell now appears in the header. Receive in-app alerts for trip updates and platform notices without leaving the app.
- System notices -admins can now publish platform-wide notices that appear as banners, modals, or toasts - useful for maintenance windows and important announcements.
- Post-login splash screen -a brief animated splash plays after signing in.

- Trip savings now shows towing context - if your trip is marked as towing, the savings comparison makes clear it's based on towing economy.

- Jerry can planning - configure your cans and FuelOracle factors them into range calculations. Choose when to draw from them - only when necessary, always, or as a reserve.
- Ferry crossings - Spirit of Tasmania, the Kimberley barges, island crossings. FuelOracle detects ferry legs automatically and plans fuel correctly either side. Your tank stays full on the boat.
